The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the bazaar, which was a great advantage. The room, although small, was kept clean by the diligent cleaning staff who came by every day. The bathroom was well-maintained and the service, although limited English was spoken, was satisfactory. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, although it could have been improved in terms of freshness and quality. the location and cleanliness were the highlights of our stay.
The language barrier with the staff was a downside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the bustling bazar, making it super convenient for shopping. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was simple, but satisfying, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the food.

The Bergama Hotel in Istanbul was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even changing our room when there was an issue with the fridge. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and transportation. The room itself was comfortable and the AC was new.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The best thing about the hotel was the air conditioning, new and very effective at keeping the room cool during the hot summer days.
There were a few negatives. The breakfast buffet was not up to par, with fruits and vegetables that were not fresh and of poor quality.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was in a walking distance to the bazaar which was nice. Additionally, it only took about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the parking area.
Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, which affected the overall experience.
